A Warm Welcome to Fr John Cyriac, MSFS.  Fr. John is a missionary of St. Francis de Sales ordained on Dec 26, 2003. Fr. John has a brother who is also a priest and his only sister is a nun. After his ordination nearly 10 years ago he worked in educational institutions and parishes in Southern India. He was assigned to work in the United States in 2013. Upon his arrival in the diocese of Harrisburg, he served as an assistant priest at St. Patrick Cathedral, Harrisburg for 3 years. In 2016 he was appointed as a chaplain to the nursing home/ hospital in Harrisburg. His motto is to “Love God, Serve Others and Live Simply.”

Lord, we ask for your blessing upon our new priest, Fr. John. We thank you for the gifts and talents that you have bestowed upon him to fulfil his mission. OPUS CHRISTI, Christ’s work.  May we generously welcome him and be ever thankful for his ministry. Amen
