Faith Formation

On behalf of our Pastor, the parish staff and catechists, we welcome you and your family to our Faith Formation program.

The Faith Formation Program at Holy Cross Church was established and has operated on the assumption and belief that the responsibility for determining and demonstrating the importance of religion within the family is that of the parents. Parents are the primary religious educators of their children and are ultimately responsible for their spiritual growth and development.

Through classroom lessons, liturgies and other religious celebrations directed by the pastor, the Director of Religious Education, and catechists, the program helps parents fulfill this responsibility.

Classes are offered to Pre-K age students up to the 11th grade.  All catechists are volunteers from our parish family at Holy Cross Church. Classes are held on Sundays following our 9:00 am Mass beginning in September and ending in May with our May Crowning celebration.

If you have any questions please call our parish office at 830-363-7269 or email
