Eucharistic Ministers distribute the Body and Blood of Christ to those who come forward during the Eucharistic celebration, and also take the Eucharist to those parishioners who are sick, homebound, or in a nursing home/hospital. Those who choose not to receive the Eucharist are welcomed with a blessing.
Requirements: A fully initiated and practicing Catholic, having celebrated the sacraments of baptism, First Eucharist and Confirmation. Applicants for this ministry must be approved by the priest.
